I am a fully qualified Pilates teacher
offering pilates from beginners to advanced in a comfortable air conditioned studio.
Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. This helps posture, balance, flexibility and improves general fitness and overall well-being.
The air conditioned studio comfortably accommodates up to
8 x people per class.
Classes are on Wednesdays
6pm & 7pm
